Stayed there for 3 nights, loved it. It was excellent in the middle of jackson.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's stay in the mountains. The highlight of our trip was the abundance of wildlife that we encountered. We were thrilled to see over 20 different bears right from our accommodation. It was truly a unique and memorable experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was nestled high in the mountains, providing a serene and picturesque setting. We also appreciated the presence of multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, giving everyone in our group their own space.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The water in the showers was unreliable, which made it difficult to enjoy a consistent temperature for a relaxing experience.

The location of Smoky Mountain Sunrise was excellent, offering beautiful views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The condo had a well-laid out floor plan and a cozy, real wood burning fireplace. The grounds were well-maintained and tidy.

We loved the breathtaking location in the mountains. The view was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky enough to spot over 20 different bears during our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the deck of playing cards and the bottle opener they gifted us.

Could not be improved in any way for this hotel.

Kids loved the staircase and Netflix on the TV.

We had a great bang for our buck with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the pool and a nice view from the balcony.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable amenities during our stay. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants. We were able to easily walk or drive to different places. Lastly, the complimentary deck of playing cards and bottle opener were a nice touch and added a bit of fun to our stay.

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, with dirty stoves, filthy furniture, and worn-out beds.

We booked Smoky Mountain Sunrise last minute and it turned out to be everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms and pull-out couch gave everyone their own space, and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The kids loved the staircase and the fact that the TV had Netflix. The location is beautiful and the view is great. We even saw bears strolling through the parking lot on occasion. It's far enough out of town for peace and quiet, but still close enough for shopping. a great stay with all the amenities we required.
